Simply provide the dimensions of the room (length, width, and ceiling height) and the materials used in your room (drywall, concrete, wood, etc). Providing a couple of photos will also be helpful.

There are some benefits to purchasing smaller-sized panels and clouds (products with a length and width of 48″ x 24″ and smaller):

• Smaller panels / clouds weigh less and are easier to hang and install.
• Smaller panels / clouds can also be delivered via UPS Ground and expedited options to your door.
• Larger panels / clouds are more expensive to ship and must be delivered via freight companies who only unload on the street.
• Larger panels can reduce installation time and in some cases have a reduced cost per sq. ft., so the optimal decision varies based on all of these factors.

Prior to placing your order, you’ll need to submit a valid state-specific tax exemption certificate for review. Here’s how:

1. Create an account: Click My Account in the upper-right corner of the website.
2. Access the Tax Exemption section: After your account is created, click the Tax Exemption link.
3. Upload your valid state-specific tax-exempt certificate: Select the exemption type for your organization and upload your certificate.

Once your certificate is reviewed and approved, any applicable sales tax will be automatically removed from your order.

Our fabric-wrapped panels / clouds are wrapped in acoustically transparent fabric (on the front-facing side) and are shipped as a finished product. We generally do not recommend cutting, as that would require re-wrapping the panel / cloud.

Our fabric-wrapped acoustic panels, clouds and bass traps are cleanable with standard household cleansers.

No, our acoustic panels are not sized to fit in a ceiling grid. Our fabric-faced ceiling tiles are nominally sized and are suitable for drop-ceiling applications.

Due to the fact that our products ship from multiple warehouses, we do not currently offer a local pick-up option.

Yes! We can custom cut any size acoustic panel, ceiling cloud or bass trap to your desired dimensions. Here’s how:

1. Select the STANDARD panel, cloud or bass trap that is large enough for your needed custom cuts at our website.
2. Under the “Custom Options” section on the product page, answer  “Yes” as to whether you require a custom size.
3. Select the desired custom length and width, using the sliders that appear. If you do not see the dimension(s) you need on the slider, please double check your selected starting panel size.
