Acoustics America: “Ships Next Business Day or It Ships Free” Guarantee
At Acoustics America, we understand that time is money. That’s why we’re committed to keeping our shipment promises. When you place an order for panels or other products, you can trust that we’ll ship them no later than the next business day*.
If we fail to meet this commitment, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the affected product(s) and refund the associated shipping charges back to your payment method—subject to the conditions outlined below.
Guarantee Conditions:
- Order Size Limitations:
- This offer applies to a maximum of 4 kits or 20 individual panels, clouds, or bass traps per customer, order, or shipping/billing address.
- Acoustic Art Panels and Fabric-Faced Ceiling Tiles are not included in this guarantee.
- For orders of more than 20 panels to a single billing or shipping address, this guarantee does not apply.
- Larger Orders:
- Orders of 21-50 panels typically ship within 3 business days.
- Orders of more than 50 panels usually ship within 5-8 business days.
- Offer Exclusions:
- This offer applies to initial outbound freight only and does not cover returns or replacement shipments.
- The guarantee is limited to UPS Ground or LTL Freight costs and does not include expedited shipping options.
- Business Days & Hours:
- Our business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends, Acoustics America-designated holidays, and closures due to inclement weather or other uncontrollable events (acts of God or Government) are excluded.
- Orders placed after 9:00 PM Eastern Time will be treated as received on the next business day, and they will ship the day after that.
- Payment & Stock Considerations:
- Orders paid via direct bank transfer will be processed and shipped once the funds clear. The next-day shipment guarantee applies from the date the funds are cleared on qualifying orders.
- If a product is out of stock or facing a material shortage, this will be noted in your cart, and those items will not be covered by the shipping guarantee until the issue is resolved.
- Shipping Adjustments:
- If any changes are required to your shipping destination or method after the order is placed, the guarantee no longer applies.
- Freight Carrier Disclaimer:
- Acoustics America guarantees our production and shipping process but cannot control freight carriers’ performance. We are not responsible for shipment times or delivery dates after the product leaves our facility.
