Easy to navigate website and good value.
The product arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. Unfortunately we paid as much to have it shipped as the actual product, but I suppose that is no fault of your own. The color is not quite a match which is disappointing but we tried to match the best we could using the computer which can be problematic.
Our experience with Acoustics America has been over a five star rating. All questions regarding the panels were answered. We ordered online on a Friday, they were shipped Monday from Virginia, and received Friday morning in Palm Springs, CA. They were delivered in excellent condition.

Excellent products! Would have preferred a little bit better communication speed so my order could have been processed and shipped a little quicker, but it was only a minor delay and your CS agent was trying to help (and didn’t realize the urgency). It’s as much my fault for making the assumption and for not telling her my required timeline. The shipping was fast when shipped, but you REALLY need to add some additional support to your boxes. I had one corner that was pretty well buggered up but I was able to use an iron to steam the panel corners back to straight (enough). If I hadn’t been in such a time crunch I would have asked you guys replace 4 of the panels due to the corners being damaged (but I made it work).

HI, I’m very pleased with the performance of the Acoustics America panels. They worked incredibly well. It replaces the heavy and bulky acoustic panel with ease. Acoustics America provides a good acoustic product at a fair price. Their bass traps smoothed out the bass in my small studio listening room and the one-day turnaround for a custom fabric was remarkable. I had a small shipping damage issue which was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

All the panels we ordered served our office very well! We had a conference room with little to no furniture, and it was very echoey. Very helpful. I recently opened a 4,000 sq ft restaurant with lots of hard surfaces, tile, brick, stone, etc. the bounce back and echo was intense. Sent my architectual plans to Karen, in sales, she met with her engineering team and came up with a solution. The panels absolutely solved the majority of our sound issues. The problem was with the product itself
Unlike Amazon and other suppliers of acoustic products, the product information was clear and adequate to make decisions. The costs are high from all vendors but I assume that this is because of limited production volumes. The accessories are just what is needed and the installation information adequate or better. Best, unlike most of the products from other vendors (that often don’t provide adequate if any product information), these products aren’t junk.
Every thing from the order stage went fine.
Easy to order. Website has useful information. Quick delivery. 3 of the 8 panels we ordered have fabric that has come loose from the panel. I haven’t reported yet to determine the quality of the response.
The website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service team was quick to respond to any inquiries. For our order, it is important to note that the shipping method is via truck freight and items are dropped off at your curb.
