Our “Ships Next Business Day or it Ships Free” Guarantee
Acoustics America realizes that “time is money.” We keep our shipment promises. When you order panels and other products from us, you can rest assured that we will ship them no later than the next business day*.
We guarantee this quick service with our “Ships next business day or it ships free” guarantee. If we do not ship your items by the next business day, we will pay for the shipping cost of the affected product(s)… and refund the associated shipping charges to your payment method – subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for “Ships next business day or it ships free” guarantee:

- This offer is limited to a maximum of 4 kits or 20 individual panels, clouds, or bass traps per customer, order, “ship to” address and/or “bill to” address. Our Acoustic Art Panels are not included in this guarantee.
- For orders over 20 panels to any one “bill to” and/or “ship to” address, the “ships next business day or it ships free” guarantee does not apply. We work hard to offer the fastest shipping in the industry, and our typical lead times for larger panel orders are:
- Orders for 21-50 panels, clouds or bass traps will typically ship in 3 business days.
- Orders for over 50 panels, clouds or bass traps will typically ship in 5 to 8 business days.
- This offer only applies to initial outbound freight, and does not apply to returns or replacement orders.
- This guarantee is limited to the UPS Ground or LTL Freight cost to ship the product. It does not cover UPS expedited options.
- Our business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends, Acoustics America designated holidays and closures due to inclement weather, acts of God or Government are excluded.
- Christmas Holiday: In order for our team to spend time with their families and friends, and take a well-deserved break, our “ships tomorrow guarantee” will not apply to orders received December 22nd thru Jan 3rd. The guarantee will resume for orders placed starting on January 4th.
- Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 9 pm, Eastern time. An order placed after we have closed will be treated as placed on the next business day, and it will ship the day thereafter.
- If an order is placed using the “direct bank transfer” option on checkout, our next day shipment guarantee does not immediately apply. Your order will be treated as being placed on the day your funds have cleared our account.
- If our production facility is impacted by a Covid-19 related event, this guarantee does not apply. If your order delivery date is impacted as a result of Covid-19, will inform you of the delay and offer you an opportunity to cancel your order.
- If a product is out of stock or there is material shortage that results in a lead time for the affected product(s), this information will be displayed in your cart. Affected product(s) will not be subject to our shipping guarantee until the issue has been remedied.
- If there is an adjustment required to your shipping destination or method selection after your order is placed, this guarantee does not apply.
- Acoustics America does not control freight carriers and does not guarantee shipment times, nor your receipt day or time. We can control our shipment and production processes and we guarantee that as defined above, but the freight carrier’s performance is not a part of our guarantee.
