  • Orders for 1-20 panels/clouds/bass traps (or 1-6 acoustical panel kits) will ship in one business day, per our "Ships Next Business Day or it Ships Free" guarantee.

For larger acoustical panel/cloud/bass trap orders, they will also ship quickly. We cannot guarantee they will ship within one business day.

  1. Orders for 21-50 panels/clouds/bass traps will typically ship in 3 business days.
  2. Orders for over 50 panels/clouds/bass traps will typically ship in 8 business days.

Orders for all other products will ship in one business day.
